Q: What's the product delivery policy and is there an invoice?

Q: What's CD version and how to purchase it?
A: CD version is just convenient for you to keep the source program and the record if you think it is necessary, it has nothing different with the downloaded version but burned on CD or DVD disk, which charges extra for the disk fee and postage. If you want to buy the CD version, after you click the "purchase" button, you will go to the purchase page. On that page, please click the "ADD TO CART" button on "Add a Backup CD of your Order". Then the CD version will be added automatically to your order.

Q: How to use the privilege of VAT exemption?
A: For those who enjoy the privilege of VAT Exemption, please enter VAT Exemption ID during the purchasing if you still find tax in the order.

Q: Why the information I entered failed to complete an order?
A: Firstly, the causes aren't on our side. Since we have entrusted MyCommerce to manage our deals, it's due to their order system. Still, we have discussed this problem with their side and they gave us three possible reasons. One is that you are in those countries that have banned American IP addresses. One is that you have made orders on MyCommerce before but enforced refund without MyCommerce aggrements. Another one is that you are using VPN while making an order, thus your order is probably been treated as an evil one.

Q: Can I evaluate before purchasing? Or is there trial version available?
A: Yes, there're trial versions respectively for each paid versions. You can experience our products free for 30 days.

Q: I'm trying to upgrade to the newer version of the software but I lost my serial number for the previous version and forgot registration details.
A: You need to contact us and provide us with the e-mail address you used when the software was purchased. Your serial number and registration data will be re-sent to you at that address. If you've moved, you'll need to let us know that as well.

Q: I ordered a wrong product. What should I do?
A: Contact our support team and send your order ID or tell us the email address you used in your order. Then, we'll solve your problem and let you get the right product and make a refund for you.

Q: Do you provide technical support for trial users?
A: Of course! We provide technical support for every user of our products, including paid products, trial versions and freeware.

Q: I cannot download the product using the link given in the email.
A: If you are having problems downloading QILING software, please make sure that you have all download managers and download accelerators turned OFF before downloading. The QILING server cannot download software if your system has that type of software active. Now, please try to download the software again with the managers turned off. If you still have problems, please contact us.

Q: Can I cancel my order after placing it?
A: If you haven't pay yet, you can go to your cart and remove our product. If you already paid, you need to contact us and you can get a refund. For more information, please refer to the Refund Policy.

Q: Can I remove the single license utility from one machine and then use it on another?
A: No. The single license means that you can only install the utility on exactly the one machine it is ever firstly installed.

Q: I see a price off somewhere, but when I go to your page, the price doesn't change.
A: It's probably because you have come to our website before and this is your second or N time here. What you see now is just the cookies of the former information. What you have to do is only to clean these cookies by pressing "Ctrl + F5".

Q: Do you accept Purchase Order?
A: Yes, Purchase Order (PO) is acceptable. Our orders are processed by our payment processor Regnow, who accepts PO as payment method (only within the USA).
You can choose PO as the payment method when placing the order online. After that, you will immediately receive instructions for remitting your official company Purchase Order to Regnow by fax or postal mail, and you will be instructed to include the order number in your PO. Credit references may also be requested. When Regnow's accounting department receives your official company PO, they will review it. If it is accepted then the order will be finalized (set to be completed) and you will get an invoice from Regnow's accounting department to do the payment.

While if you choose "Purchase Order" as the payment method, it may take quite some time to get your product, so it is not recommended, you may choose credit card instead, which is the fastest one.
