An Intel SSD does not guarantee access to a current Intel cloning utility. Intel's former Data Migration Software has been discontinued, while drive-management tools serve a different purpose.
Read the full model number from the SSD label or Windows device information. Confirm whether it is SATA or NVMe and whether the computer's slot and firmware support it. Look up the model on Intel's official support pages; do not treat an old download link as a current software entitlement.
Intel discontinued Intel Data Migration Software and issued an advisory recommending that users discontinue it. Intel's Memory and Storage Tool may help with health or firmware tasks, but it is not the same as a Windows boot-disk cloner. The Intel Data Migration advisory is the relevant source for the old utility's status.
For a data-only SSD, ordinary file copy or a file backup may be enough. To replace the Windows boot drive without reinstalling, copy the whole disk or use a supported system-clone workflow so the boot partitions travel with C:. Back up important files separately and save the BitLocker recovery key first.
Check actual target capacity, not just the advertised size. A smaller target may require supported partition resizing and enough free space. The destination's existing data will be erased by a full-disk clone.
Use this alternative when Qiling Disk Master's installed edition supports whole-disk cloning and both drives are healthy.
Step 1. Connect the Intel SSD and select Tools and utilities > Disk/Partition clone.

Step 2. Select the complete Windows source disk, including the boot layout, then click Next.

The screenshots use sample data disks. Select your actual source and destination; the illustrated partition-clone completion is not a substitute for checking your own whole-disk job.
Step 3. Select the Intel SSD as the destination by model and capacity and click Next.

Step 4. Review the preview for EFI or System Reserved, Windows, and needed recovery partitions. Check where remaining SSD capacity will go.

Step 5. Click Proceed, confirm overwrite, and wait for a successful final status.

Install it internally, select its Windows Boot Manager, and boot with the old disk disconnected when practical. Check files, applications, encryption prompts, and free space. Keep the source unchanged until these checks pass.
Do not equate management or firmware features with full-disk cloning; check the tool's current feature list.
A compatible general-purpose cloner can, subject to hardware, edition, and disk-layout requirements.
Check official support for the exact model, avoid retired migration software, and verify the new SSD as an independent boot drive.
