Do not assume every PNY SSD box includes a cloning license. Availability may change by model, seller, region, and date, so check the exact product's official support page before downloading a utility.
Find the full model number on the drive label or purchase record. Confirm whether it is 2.5-inch SATA, M.2 SATA, or M.2 NVMe, and whether the computer or enclosure supports that interface. Then inspect PNY's official product and support pages for any current migration-software offer, license conditions, and supported operating systems. Avoid installers from random download portals.
If no applicable vendor utility is offered, a compatible general-purpose disk cloner can copy a Windows installation. Check the installed edition and its clone permissions; a free installer does not necessarily mean the clone feature is free.
Back up important files independently and save the BitLocker recovery key. Identify the source Windows disk, including its EFI or System Reserved and recovery partitions. The target PNY SSD must hold the data and required layout. If the old drive is failing, do not repeatedly stress it with clone attempts before deciding whether recovery is needed.
Connect the SSD through a protocol-compatible adapter or second slot. Record both disks' model names and capacities so you do not reverse them. The target will be overwritten during cloning.
These screenshots show example disks; compare them with your actual source and PNY SSD.
Step 1. Open Qiling Disk Master and select Tools and utilities > Disk/Partition clone.

Step 2. Select the whole Windows source disk row by model and capacity, then click Next.

The screenshots use sample data disks. Select your actual source and destination; the illustrated partition-clone completion is not a substitute for checking your own whole-disk job.
Step 3. Select the PNY SSD as the destination, check its model and capacity again, and click Next.

Step 4. Review the destination layout, including boot and recovery partitions. Use SSD optimization if it is offered and appropriate; do not enable sector-by-sector mode without a reason.

Step 5. Click Proceed, confirm that the PNY SSD can be erased, and wait for a successful completion message.

Install the PNY SSD in its final slot. Boot with the old drive disconnected when practical, choose its Windows Boot Manager, and open files and applications. Check activation and encryption prompts, then use Disk Management to inspect capacity and unallocated space. Keep the original untouched until the new drive passes these checks.
File copy alone does not reliably reproduce the boot partition and disk layout.
Only if the required data and partitions fit and the chosen clone method supports resizing.
Verify the exact PNY offer and hardware fit, then use a complete disk clone with a separate backup and an independent first-boot test.
