iCloud allows users to wirelessly sync contacts from iPhone to Mac without a computer, as long as both devices are signed in with the same iCloud account and the iCloud service is enabled for contacts. This method is detailed in the first part of this page. However, if the iPhone contacts are not syncing to Mac, the Qiling MobiMover can be used as an alternative to sync contacts between the two devices without relying on iCloud.
You can use iCloud to keep your contacts updated across all devices and also back up your important files to ensure data safety in case of unexpected iPhone or iPad malfunctions, such as when your device is disabled and needs to be connected to iTunes.
1.Open your iPhone and go to Settings.
2.Tap your Apple ID name > iCloud.
3.Find Contacts under APPS USING ICLOUD and turn on the iCloud. If you're using iCloud contacts for the first time, you'll need to select the "Merge" option to combine your existing local contacts with those stored in iCloud.
4.Open your Mac, go to System Preferences > iCloud. And check Contacts. Wait for a while, and the contacts will be synced from iPhone to Mac.
If your iCloud is full or out of space, you can use Qiling MobiMover to transfer contacts from iPhone to Mac for free. Simply connect your iPhone and Mac via a USB cable, run MobiMover on your Mac, and transfer files without iTunes. Qiling MobiMover supports various file types, including contacts.
