2. Make sure the Wi-Fi and Cellular data are enabled

The Maps app on your iPhone requires an internet connection, either via Wi-Fi or cellular, to function. Ensure your iPhone is connected to a network before using the app.

Connect to a stable Wi-Fi network or turn on cellular data in settings.

3. Refresh Location Services on iPhone

If the Maps app won't follow your location in iOS 11, you can try to resolve the issue by refreshing Location Services.
