How to delete books from iBooks on iPhone/iPad
To delete books from iBooks on your iPhone or iPad, you have two options. You can delete them directly from the iBooks app, or you can delete them from the "Purchased" tab in the App Store.

Step 1: Open iBooks on your iPhone or iPad.
Step 2: To delete books, go to My Books, select the books you want to delete, check the box next to them, and then click Delete in the top left corner.
