Reset Windows Password

Use this feature to reset the password for a Windows user account when the password has been forgotten.

Choose Reset Windows Password from the Tools and utilities page.

• Create bootable media by using Create bootable media on the Tools and utilities page.
• Start the computer whose password you want to reset from the bootable media.
• Select the boot partition for that Windows installation.
• Select the user account whose password you want to reset.
• Click Reset to reset the selected user's password.
• Click Cancel to cancel the operation.
