Tip 1: Enable Control Center on Lock Screen

If you reported the issue "Control Center not working on lock screen" in iOS 11, check if you've enabled Control Center on your lock screen on your iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus or iPhone X. If it's off, that's the problem.

Step 1: Go to Settings App on your iPhone in iOS 11.

Step 2: Tap on Touch ID & Passcode and enter your passcode.

Step 3: Under Allow Access When Locked, toggle on Control Center.

Tip 2: Enable Access within Apps

How to restart iPhone in iOS 11:

Method 1: To turn off your iPhone, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until a slider appears, then drag the slider to turn it off. To turn it back on, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again.

Method 2: To turn off your iPhone/iPad, go to Settings > General > Shut Down and move the slider to turn it off completely. Then, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button to turn it back on.

How to force restart iPhone in iOS 11:

Method 1: To force restart iPhone 7/7 Plus, hold and press both the Sleep/Wake button (Side button) and the Volume Down button simultaneously until the Apple logo appears on the screen.

Method 2: To enter recovery mode on iPhone X, iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus, quickly press and release the Volume Up button, then quickly press and release the Volume Down button, and finally press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.

Tip 4: Update to the latest version of iOS
